To provide part time security at Gateway Church.
- The candidate is expected to have Gateway Church values; be both relational and observant, and balance their duties between the attributes of grace and discernment.
- Provide security at all Gateway Church venues and events.
- Possess ethical attributes that are above reproach. Behaviors, whether on or off duty that would reflect favorably on the officer and Gateway Church.

- Excellent physical condition (ability to pass a physical agility test)

- Resourceful - knows how to address inquiries and has the ability to direct to the proper authority, if necessary
- Excellent report writing skills
- Professional attitude emphasizing reliability, integrity, team building and the willingness to work as necessary to get the job done.
- Deal effectively with complex issues; striving for a comprehensive approach to reach effective outcomes.
- Maintains communication with supervisors, pastoral staff, group leaders, volunteers, customers, and ministry teams.
- Turn in all required paperwork at established deadlines.
- Support Gateway, your department, supervisor and fellow staff at all times.
- Good customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possesses Level 2 & 3 security licenses; or meets the requirements and can attain certification.
In addition, all candidates for Security Support and other designated Security positions at Gateway Church must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to submit and pass drug and/or alcohol screen, and submit to random drug/alcohol testing.
- Must be able to successfully complete range qualification.
- Must be able to pass a Physical Agility Test (PAT), which can include but is not limited too: running, walking, squats, push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, carrying of weight (50lbs+), pulling of weight 175 lbs.+, sprinting, etc.
