Tasks - Lead the development and execution of the foundation's digital public finance strategy within the Development Policy & Finance program. - Design, manage, and monitor grants that support innovations in digital fiscal systems and public finance reforms. - Establish and nurture partnerships with governments, multilateral agencies, technology firms, and other development actors. - Conduct research and synthesize evidence on best practices, innovations, and policy impacts related to digital public finance. - Represent the Gates Foundation in international forums, conferences, and policy discussions to advocate for and advance digital public finance initiatives. - Collaborate across foundation teams to ensure alignment of digital finance projects with broader development goals such as financial inclusion and economic growth. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective program implementation. - Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to grantees and partners.
