Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Medical Gastrologist. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing and treating digestive system-related ailments and diseases, performing endoscopy procedures as necessary, collaborating closely with other specialists such as cardiologists and neurologists, and delivering exceptional patient care. The gastrologist will also manage individualized treatment plans, educate patients on preventive care, and participate in clinical case discussions and hospital rounds.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in areas such as Medicine and Treatment of digestive system disorders.
- Knowledge of specialized domains, including Neurology, Cardiology, and Orthopedic Surgery, to facilitate collaborative care when required.
- Experience in gastrointestinal procedures and thorough understanding of surgical protocols, including proper documentation and follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to offer effective patient counseling and work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant educational qualifications, including an advanced degree such as an MD or DNB in Gastroenterology.
- Active medical license and compliance with all practicing regulations and certifications.
- Ability to commit to on-site work in Bengaluru South.
