</div><div>We are seeking a skilled and dependable Ultrasound Technician with experience performing <strong>Abdomen Complete ultrasounds</strong> to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations while providing compassionate patient care and maintaining accurate documentation 8 hours a week, potential for increase of hours depending on patient load.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations with a focus on <strong>Abdomen Complete studies</strong>
</li>
<li> Prepare patients for procedures and explain the ultrasound process clearly and professionally </li>
<li> Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to facility protocols </li>
<li> Capture high-quality images for physician interpretation </li>
<li> Review patient history and verify orders prior to procedures </li>
<li> Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EMR system </li>
<li> Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times </li>
<li> Collaborate effectively with providers, medical assistants, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow </li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Current certification through <strong>ARDMS</strong> or equivalent required </li>
<li> Minimum [1–2] years of ultrasound experience preferred </li>
<li> Experience performing <strong>Abdomen Complete exams</strong> required </li>
<li> Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and sonographic techniques </li>
<li> Strong communication and patient care skills </li>
<li> Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment </li>
<li> BLS certification preferred </li>
