About the role

About this role: This role contributes to the business by supporting Gartner Marketing & Corporate Communications efforts. Success criteria for this role includes timely completion of work for creative team associates, completion of high volume of requests within tight timelines, ability to manage own workload including daily requests and ongoing initiatives, ability to work very independently, and ability to function well within the global team. This role contributes to the success criteria for the entire Global Marketing & Corporate Communications and various teams across Gartner which includes increased efficiency in assigning production tasks, managing/monitoring tasks, efficiency in managing resource capacity, and increased productivity for the collective teams. Role & Responsibilities Project Coordination: Oversee and manage the workflow of design and copy editing projects in Adobe Workfront from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to designers and other team members based on their skills and workload, ensuring optimal use of resources. Timeline Management: Tracks tasks, SLAs and required turnaround times for production design and copyediting team members to ensure tasks are delivered on-time and in priority order Assigns and monitors all production design and copyediting tasks within project management tool Adobe Workfront Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, pod project managers and the design team, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Partner with senior marketing operations manager to understand priorities, capacity and pipeline Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that arise during the project lifecycle. Reporting: Generate regular status reports on project progress, resource utilization, and any potential risks or issues. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving workflow processes and implementing best practices to increase efficiency. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Negotiates with various team members on shifting priorities and business needs Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project specifications, timelines, and communications for future reference and accountability. Planning: Escalates capacity issues and manages PTO coverage. Managing all the IT Tickets with the teams for issues. Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Feedback Loop: Collect and share feedback from clients to ensure work fulfills requests. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, legal requirements and company policies.
