About the role
Opportunity to work directly with Gartner's service delivery and sales groups with the central goal of driving client retention through various programs viz event engagement, client review and planning calls and other client outreach initiatives
Responsible and accountable for driving web engagement, enabling event attendance, driving post event engagement goals
Sending. scheduling/ campaign outreaches through a campaign management tool
Creating validation trackers in Google sheets/ excel/ incorporating client details and inputs required by the services delivery associates for scheduling
Collaborate with internal teams and drive client scheduling to secure calls with all clients at right frequency
Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with right automation opportunity
Implement and replicate process optimization initiative with support from senior members in the team
