Business Intelligence Analyst

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to take full ownership of critical internal reporting that drives decision-making across Talent, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role that will focus on transforming our current ad-hoc reporting processes—often reliant on manual and error-prone Google Sheets—into robust, automated, and scalable dashboards. You'll be instrumental in helping stakeholders gain accurate insights faster, reduce reporting overhead, and build the foundation for long-term data excellence.
