Mid-term goal: Practical application of SRE-related tools
Long-term goal: Improve existing SRE processes and tools
【Work Plan】
Week 0-4: Familiarize yourself with the SRE work environment and related skills:
1. Provide teaching and direction according to level
2. Explain and teach how to deploy a K8s Cluster
Week 4-6: Practical application of SRE-related tools
1. Explain Zabbix and teach subordinates how to use Zabbix, understand and actually monitor services through Zabbix
2. Explain and teach us the CI/CD process architecture and put it into practice
3. Existing Technology Survey
Week 6-8: Improve existing SRE processes and tools
1. Organize and report survey results and evaluate the technologies or tools that can be introduced
2. Report on future optimization directions based on survey results
