Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Bhopal. The Production Manager will oversee and optimize all production processes to ensure operational efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities include developing production schedules, managing team workflows, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring inventory and procurement needs, and identifying areas for improvement in operational processes. The role also involves effective communication with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Production planning, process optimization, and workflow management experience
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency
- Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or production management is a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively
