Role Description
We are seeking a Garment Production Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Ghaziabad. In this role, you will oversee and optimize garment production processes, manage production schedules, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors. You will be responsible for managing the production team, monitoring inventory, and implementing quality control systems to maintain efficiency and minimize waste. Collaboration with design, sales, and distribution teams is an essential part of this role to ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in garment production management, with knowledge of fabric types, sewing techniques, and garment construction.
- Strong expertise in production planning, quality assurance, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in vendor management and supply chain coordination.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide production staff.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of compliance with industry quality and safety standards.
- A degree in Textiles, Apparel Production, or a related field is preferred.
