We’re hiring a Garment Merchandiser to drive production from sampling to final delivery—on time and on spec.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and track production timelines to meet delivery targets
- Manage sampling process from development to approvals
- Coordinate new collection launches with design & production teams
- Conduct quality checks at key production stages
- Oversee fit sessions & approvals to ensure consistency
- Align with vendors, factory teams, and internal stakeholders daily
- Flag delays early and ensure quick resolution
What You Need
- 3–6 years in garment merchandising / factory coordination
- Strong understanding of sampling, production cycles & fabrics
- Eye for fit, finish, and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple styles and timelines
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
