Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Surat area for a Garment Merchandiser. The individual will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of garments, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing marketing and sales strategies. The position requires liaising with retailers, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with in-house teams to ensure seamless workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills and proven ability in Customer Service roles
- Understanding of Sales strategies and hands-on experience in Retail operations
- Knowledge of Marketing practices with the ability to assist in promotional activities
- Proficiency in basic inventory management tools and processes
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
- A bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in textile or fashion industry is a plus
- Advanced Excel
