About The Opportunity
A player in the apparel manufacturing and export sector delivering end-to-end garment solutions for retail and branded clients. We handle sourcing, sampling, production, quality assurance and international shipment coordination for woven and knitwear ranges. This on-site role is based in India and focuses on driving timely, cost-efficient production to meet global buyer expectations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end merchandising lifecycle for assigned styles: sampling, costing, order placement, production follow-up and shipment delivery.
- Prepare accurate tech packs, bill of materials and size specifications; liaise with design and production to ensure fit and construction compliance.
- Negotiate prices, lead times and terms with vendors; develop and maintain a reliable supplier base to meet capacity and quality targets.
- Monitor production milestones (PP sample, QC checks, inline inspections, final audit) and resolve shop-floor issues to protect delivery schedules.
- Own order costing and FOB calculations; optimise cost drivers through fabric, trim and process improvements while preserving quality standards.
- Coordinate export documentation, freight bookings and buyer communication to ensure on-time shipments and compliance with buyer requirements.

Qualifications
