- Production InchargeFocuses on the overarching apparel manufacturing process.Planning: Develop daily and weekly production schedules based on buyer orders.Efficiency: Allocate manpower and machines effectively to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.Workflow: Ensure a smooth progression from the cutting department to the sewing floor and finally to packaging.
- Quality InchargeEnsures all manufactured garments meet brand specifications and compliance standards.Inspections: Conduct in-line and end-line random inspections to catch defects early.Reporting: Maintain and verify Internal Final Inspection Reports.Defect Control: Analyze root causes for rejects and enforce rework protocols to reduce returns.
