Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be the bridge between the business and esports production team to plan, oversee, and improve our esports projects to ensure a high-quality deliverables of our esports production events. Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating between Game Operations and the Production Team, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations for each project. Evaluate and prioritize production requests, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact, feasible projects. Create and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate cross-functional production teams—including producers, league ops, creatives, and technical staff—to ensure smooth execution and resource alignment. Lead key project meetings, such as kick-offs, progress check-ins, and post-event reviews, to maintain momentum and address blockers proactively. Maintain project documentation, including timelines, task trackers, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment across teams. Produce project reports and performance summaries to evaluate outcomes, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement. Initiate and support continuous improvement efforts by optimizing workflows, developing SOPs, and conducting research on esports and broadcast best practices. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong interest in esports, broadcast production, or live event management, and the gaming industry in Indonesia. Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries in a fast paced and dynamic environments High initiative, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of ownership. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
