Marketing Coordinator

Overview We are recruiting an amazing Marketing Coordinator! The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for analyzing current trends to effectively create and implement campaigns designed to engage our patients, professional partners, and community. Responsibilities Reviewing and/or creating promotional materials Graphic design: Canva and Adobe Illustrator Coordinating marketing activities, plans and policies Tracking and reporting ROI Maintaining a marketing schedule of meetings and events Building lasting relationships with referring doctors and their team Managing social media: Content creation, communications, and managing ads Collaborating with our website developer and SEO providers Providing daily/weekly/monthly/yearly analytics Being a team player Schedule Monday - Thursday 7:15am - 2:15pm Occasional weekends as needed for community events At Gardner and La Rochelle Orthodontics, we may not be saving lives, but we certainly are changing them.
