- Build and maintain strong working relationships with garage partners, regularly monitoring capacity, availability, and service capabilities.
- Identify garage performance concerns and escalate issues to the Account Management team with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Monitor booking fulfilment in real time, identifying potential risks early and implementing timely solutions.
- Keep customers informed throughout the booking lifecycle with accurate and timely updates.
- Support the wider Operations team with additional operational tasks during peak business periods.

- Previous experience working in or alongside a dealership, garage, fleet management company, or automotive business is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working for a UK, US, Canadian, Australian, or Western European organisation.
- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate complex operational updates clearly and professionally.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with UK geography, postcode regions, and logistics is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to make accurate allocation decisions.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
