Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a GAP Analysis, ERP Implementation, and Customer Support professional at RAGHU CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD. The position is based in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting GAP analysis for ERP systems, ensuring effective implementation of ERP solutions, and providing stellar customer support. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, resolve technical issues promptly, and deliver optimized solutions. Immediate availability is required for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Finance and Business Processes in relation to ERP systems.
- Proven Research abilities, especially in the context of understanding and addressing gaps in ERP implementations.
- Experience working with ION of TCS is highly preferred.
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in ERP implementation or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an on-site work environment.
