<strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform blood draws and IM injections (Testosterone, B12, MIC, etc)</li>
<li>Record vitals and update EMRs accurately</li>
<li>Support the clinician (NP/PA) during consults and treatments</li>
<li>Communicate with warmth, confidence, and clarity</li>
<li>Help patients feel respected, heard, and supported</li>
<li>Keep clinic flow tight and organized</li>

<strong>WHAT WE NEED:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li><strong>LVN License (CA – Required)</strong></li>
<li><strong>BLS Certification (Required)</strong></li>
<li><strong>1+ year phlebotomy experience (Required)</strong></li>
<li>Comfort with male-specific treatments and hormone health</li>
<li>A friendly, forward-thinking, team-first mindset</li>
<li>Someone who can step in, hold their own, and add value immediately</li>
