Gameberry Labs is seeking an experienced project management professional for the Game Producer role in Bangalore. We are looking for a motivated and passionate person. As an experienced Game Producer, you will have a portfolio of proven quality with a determination to push boundaries and create a kick-ass game. You enjoy working as part of a team and work towards improving the efficiency of the team. Responsibilities: Oversee the production of features, games, and related projects, including roadmap, resourcing, prioritization, and product milestones Drive operations of live game, working closely with product, design, art, art-outsource, engineering & marketing teams to deliver high-quality to the players Stay current on overall mobile, casual, and social game best practices Contribute to product & business reviews Passionately ensure alignment within your team and help create a fun, engaging, and stimulating work environment. Requirements: Passion for games. At least 2/3+ years of game production experience across multiple game titles (Mobile or Web), or years of running operations and solving complex problems for a large-scale consumer application product. Extraordinary teammate skills with a collaborative work style, and an interest in being hands-on with design, production, and development. An enthusiastic, passionate, performance-driven, self-starter attitude, with the ability to multitask.
