Job Description
Position: Game Systems Designer (Product Ownership, Live Economy)
Location: Remote (India) (real-time iteration with daily product changes)
Employment Type: Full-time (hands-on ownership, not coordination)
Salary Range: ₹100K–₹150K/month (only for candidates with game systems / gamification experience)

About Us
Certified Listeners Society (CLS) is an international non-profit organization with Canadian roots, operating through CLS India. We are building a game platform that drives user behavior through structured mechanics—missions, rewards, progression systems, and competitive loops.
This platform uses game design to influence real-world actions. The underlying outcomes (including fundraising) are a result of how effectively the system engages and retains users.

This is a high-responsibility role where you will shape how users behave inside the system on a daily basis.
Role Overview
You will own the game system end-to-end—how users enter, progress, compete, and return.
This is not a feature role. This is ownership of a live game economy and behavior engine.
Every decision you make should improve:

· Retention
· Engagement depth
· System balance
Qualifications
· Strong experience in Product Management (game systems, gamification, or growth products)
· Deep understanding of player behavior, motivation loops, and progression systems
· Ability to design within structured systems (rules, caps, economies)
· Strong analytical and decision-making skills
· Ability to operate independently and execute quickly
Key Responsibilities
· Own the core game loop (entry → action → reward → progression → repeat)
· Design and optimize missions, rewards, and progression systems
· Manage and balance the game economy (entries, multipliers, caps, distribution)
· Improve activation → first meaningful action
· Optimize retention loops (daily actions, streaks, incentives, competition)
· Design competitive systems (leaderboards, rankings, rewards)
· Work closely with developers to implement and iterate quickly
· Continuously analyze user behavior and refine system performance
Requirements
· 3+ years in Product Management, Game Design, Growth, or Gamification
· Proven experience improving engagement, retention, or conversion systems
· Strong understanding of behavioral funnels and system metrics
· Ability to translate high-level goals into structured game mechanics
· Experience working with developers on live products
Preferred Skills
· Experience with game economies (points, entries, rewards, balancing)
· Experience with competitive systems (leaderboards, rankings)
· Familiarity with no-code tools (Bubble is a plus)
· Data-driven decision-making approach
