Turn91 is an independent mobile game studio creating polished, family-friendly mobile games for players worldwide. We specialize in casual, card, board, and puzzle games, working on both original IPs and licensed titles.
We're looking for a proactive Game Project Manager who can take ownership of project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality games are delivered on time.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage multiple game development projects.
- Break down features into actionable tasks and manage sprint planning.
- Coordinate developers, artists, QA, and designers to ensure smooth execution.
- Track progress, identify risks, and remove blockers.
- Maintain project roadmaps, documentation, and release schedules.
- Ensure milestones are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Organize daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project meetings.
- Communicate project status with stakeholders and clients.
- Continuously improve team processes and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing Unity or mobile game development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience using Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with casual, board, card, or puzzle games.
- Understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) games and LiveOps.
- Familiarity with Firebase Analytics, GameAnalytics, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of GitHub and version control workflows.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.
