Role Description
Lock N Escape is seeking a passionate and dynamic Game Master for a full-time, on-site role in Dadri. As a Game Master, you will oversee live and virtual escape room experiences, guiding players, setting up game scenarios, and ensuring an engaging experience. You will be responsible for understanding game mechanics, troubleshooting, and assisting players during their sessions. Providing excellent customer service and fostering enthusiasm for the escape room challenges will be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with players and resolve their queries.
- Customer service expertise and the ability to manage participants of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Creativity and adaptability to design and set up immersive gaming experiences tailored to diverse groups.
- Basic knowledge of game design and the ability to ensure smooth and exciting gameplay for participants.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Interest in games, puzzles, and team-building activities is a strong advantage.
