Evolx Games is a founder-led indie game studio from India, currently selected as part of the Krafton India Gaming Incubation program. We are looking for a creative and analytical marketing person to help promote the games being built by our studio.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in games, social media, content, creator outreach, and digital marketing. They should be comfortable researching the market, understanding target audiences, creating campaign ideas, evaluating performance, and improving marketing outcomes over time.
Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, campaign objectives, and desired marketing outcomes for our games
- Research gaming trends, competitor games, content formats, and player communities
- Help develop marketing strategies for Steam, mobile, social media, creators, and gaming communities
- Create and manage content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord
- Support creator/influencer outreach for playtests, demos, launches, and game updates
- Write simple and engaging marketing copy for posts, announcements, emails, and store updates
- Track campaign/content performance and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with current marketing, gaming, and social media trends
- Help manage small marketing budgets and use them effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or a related field preferred
- Fresher to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, content, gaming, or digital campaigns
- Strong interest in games and understanding of gaming culture
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate content and campaign ideas
- Analytical thinking and willingness to evaluate what is working and what is not
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to take initiative, manage time, and work independently in a small team
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, social media analytics, creator outreach, or gaming communities is a plus
