🚀 We're Hiring: Game Developer (Intern) – Remote | India 🎮
Are you passionate about building fun and addictive mobile games in Unity?
Do you love experimenting with gameplay systems, monetization, and rapid prototyping?
If yes — HorizonX Playr is looking for a Game Developer (Intern) to join our team for a 3 months term and help create the next generation of hybrid-casual mobile hits!
We’ve already launched multiple Fortnite Creative games played by thousands of players — and now we’re expanding into mobile game development.
📌 Role Overview:
- 🏡 Remote (Must have your own laptop/PC capable of running Unity)
- 🧠 Experience Required: Must have released at least one game
- 📍 Location: India-based candidates only
- ⏳ Internship Duration: 3 months
- 🕒 Work Hours: 6 productive hours (Monday to Saturday)
- 💰 Performance Based Stipend: upto ₹8,000/month
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Develop, test, and deploy hybrid-casual games in Unity from prototype to launch.
- Implement ads (AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.) and in-app purchase (IAP) systems.
- Integrate Firebase for analytics, remote configuration, and event tracking.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to bring new gameplay ideas to life.
- Optimize game performance and handle post-launch improvements.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects — from concept to release on Play Store.
🎯 Requirements:
- Experience in Unity game development.
- Must have released at least one game.
- Understanding of ads & IAP integration (AdMob, Unity Ads, Play Billing).
- Basic knowledge of Firebase integration and analytics.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of projects.
- A personal computer/laptop capable of running Unity smoothly.
