About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unity Game Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile game development, particularly with Unity, and will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end development of our gaming projects. As a Senior Unity Game Developer, you will be responsible for translating game design documents into functional, high-quality games that resonate with our global audience. You will collaborate closely with producers, artists, and other technical team members to ensure timely delivery of engaging gaming experiences.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile game development, with at least 2 years dedicated to working with Unity. A strong understanding of iOS and Android game development is essential, along with proven experience in integrating third-party SDKs such as MoPub, Google Play Services, Facebook SDKs, and other ad networks. Candidates should have contributed to at least three published games on the App Store or Google Play Store.
Proficiency in Unity3D is mandatory, along with familiarity with Xcode, Objective-C, and Android Studio. A solid grasp of mobile game design patterns, architecture, and device APIs is required. Experience debugging, profiling, and managing memory for mobile games will be highly valued. Candidates should have a background in using APIs for web services, databases, or disk access, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of mobile game ecosystems.
Educational qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech or MCA degree. Certifications related to game development or Unity are preferred, as they demonstrate additional expertise and commitment to professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze game design documents to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with producers, artists, and technical leads to plan and execute game development milestones effectively.
- Take ownership of the entire game development lifecycle, from initial prototyping to final publishing, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement game features using Unity3D, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Rapidly prototype new game concepts to evaluate feasibility and gameplay potential.
- Integrate third-party SDKs such as ad networks, analytics, and social media platforms, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, APIs, and industry trends to recommend innovative features and improvements.
- Coordinate with QA teams to test and debug games, optimizing performance and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Document development processes and contribute to technical documentation for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
