About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hireginie. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various industries and roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to building relationships with both clients and candidates. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate HR department.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including ATS and social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies during the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Hireginie as an employer of choice.
