We are looking for a Game Designer to create a fast-track Game Design Document (GDD) for an existing and new features of 3D educational mobile game focused on financial literacy for children.
Role: Game Designer
Job Type: Contractual (6 months)
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Working Hours: 8 hours/day (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structured GDD based on existing game and new features
- Define gameplay loop, progression, mini-games, and UX flows
- Document educational mechanics (math & finance learning)
- Map user journeys and improve child-friendly UX
- Define parent/teacher platform flows
- Ensure alignment with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Digital Services Act (DSA) requirements
Requirements
- 4–5+ years in Game Design (mobile preferred)
- Experience in GDD creation & system documentation
- Strong understanding of game loops & progression systems
- Experience with educational / gamified products (preferred)
- Basic understanding of child-friendly UX & compliance
- Excellent communication skills and must have prior client communication experience
