At Sarvotam Solutions, we build mobile games that people can't put down. We're a passionate game development studio based in Rajkot, and we're growing our team! We're on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Game Designer who lives and breathes hyper-casual and hybrid-casual mobile games.
What you'll do
Design, prototype, and iterate on core gameplay loops and mechanics for mobile titles
Craft compelling hyper-casual and hybrid-casual game concepts with high retention potential
Create detailed game design documents (GDDs), level flows, and feature specs
Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and producers throughout the game lifecycle
Analyze player data, KPIs, and market trends to inform design decisions
Stay on top of mobile gaming trends, top charts, and competitor titles
What we're looking for
2+ years of hands-on experience in game design, specifically in mobile
Proven experience designing hyper-casual and/or hybrid-casual games (shipped titles preferred)
Strong understanding of mobile UX, one-touch controls, and monetization systems (ads, IAP)
Ability to prototype ideas quickly and communicate concepts clearly
Familiarity with Unity or Godot is a plus
A genuine love for mobile games — you play them, you study them, you want to build better ones
