88 Games is looking for a talented and passionate Game Character Artist to join our growing team! If you love creating memorable characters and want to work on exciting game projects, we’d love to hear from you.
Role: Game Character Artist
Company: 88 Games
Location: Bengaluru - Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Model 3D character assets with cloth, grooming and accessories
👉 Texturing and material creation - PBR workflow as well as custom stylized workflow
👉 Create hard surface models, vegetation, environments, with tileable texture and trim sheet approach, and also custom stylized workflow
👉 Ensure characters align with the game’s artistic vision and style
👉 Maintain quality and consistency across character assets
Requirements:
✒️ Strong portfolio showcasing character modeling for games
✒️ Proficiency in tools like Maya / Max / Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer
✒️ Good understanding of topology, anatomy, and texturing
✒️ Experience creating game-ready assets for real-time engines (Unity/Unreal)
✒️ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
