Position : Plant Head - Galvanizing

Qualification : Graduate /Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical
Experience: Core Experience of 10 years or more of Galvanizing Operation of Transmission Line Tower in reputed Transmission Line Company.
Job Responsibilities:
· Should have exposure to the galvanizing operation, chemistry, covering preparatory tanks.
· He should have total idea of maintenance of quality of preparatory tanks and galvanizing bath including quality flux.
· Should have complete knowledge of zinc bath quality and control of zinc consumption and dross regeneration.
· Should have experience of scheduling galvanizing production in line with the priority fixed by the company enabling galvanizing material of right quality to deliver to dispatch on demand.
· Supervise and Monitoring end to end Galvanizing Operation including dipping and finishing across all shifts.
· Monitor and control Zinc Consumption acid and dross generation to reduce cost and wastage.
· Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance team for smooth function and timely delivery of galvanized material.
· Ensure coating quality as per customer specifications and Industry standards.
· Ensure proper delivery of galvanized material in quality and quantity without shortage.
· Should have exposure to run automatic Galvanizing Plant.
