Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Gallup-Certified Coach. The coach will deliver high-impact coaching services to individuals and teams, utilizing the Gallup StrengthsFinder methodology. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating one-on-one coaching sessions, designing and executing group workshops, providing actionable feedback to enhance skills, guiding clients to set and achieve measurable goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align coaching efforts with broader learning strategies.
Qualifications
- Gallup-Certified Coach credentials, with proven expertise in the StrengthsFinder framework and applying coaching methodologies
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills to build trust and foster growth within diverse teams
- Experience conducting individual and group coaching sessions for various levels of professionals
- Proficiency in designing and facilitating workshops, including interpreting and presenting results
- Ability to work remotely and manage virtual coaching sessions effectively
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with digital tools and technology to conduct virtual training and report on progress
- Background in learning and development, talent management, or organizational behavior is highly desirable
- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus
