We’re looking for a hands-on Production Area Manager to lead operations in our high-volume fulfillment center. This highly visible leadership role not only drives performance and productivity but also supports our embroidery operators and customization processes that makes our apparel personal, professional, and ready to wear with pride.

 

Ideal candidates will bring supervisory experience along with knowledge of embroidery, sewing, and/or textile operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily production flow for outbound fulfillment processes in coordination with area leads
  • Organize labor, assign resources, and adjust production schedules to meet shipping deadlines
  • Monitor production lines to ensure target output, order accuracy, and safety compliance
  • Implement standard work procedures and lean practices to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Support team leads and floor supervisors in resolving personnel and workflow issues
  • Partner cross-functionally with inventory control, receiving, quality, and replenishment teams
  • Train, coach, and mentor hourly team members and frontline leaders
  • Conduct performance reviews, corrective actions, and development plans for direct reports
  • Review labor reports and payroll data to ensure cost-effective labor utilization
  • Track and report on shift-level production KPIs including units per hour, order accuracy, and downtime
  • Reinforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with facility guidelines

 

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience leading teams in a high-volume production, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams on the production floor
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to shift focus and flex schedule to support multiple production areas
  • Experience with WMS systems and RF scanning technology
  • Proficient with Excel or similar tools to analyze production data and drive decisions
