Key Responsibilities: analyzing investments in real estate, stocks, venture capital, private credit reading research papers, annual reports and summarizing them for me, building investment models and sensitivity analysis, repairing investment decks and participating on calls in investors and lenders. must be confidentiality respectful, high attention to detail, high personal integrity, scheduling biz and personal meetings, booking travel, researching travel sending gifts & cards paying bills, filling out personal forms and paperwork organizing my email & google drive running "personal" virtual errands crafting emails to personal friends and biz associates, LinkedIn Posts etc. must be confidentiality respectful, high attention to detail, high personal integrity, Qualifications and Requirements: Commerce Graduate Fluent ENGLISH SUPERIOR analytical skills in real estate, equity and VC Self-starter, able to think on his own and understand what is required ALWAYS going the extra mile Constant and fast learner (able to read thru annual reports, research papers and summarize them for me) Superior knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and extensive experience building great PowerPoint decks. High personal ethics and work Able to take criticism and improve right away.
