Employee Development and Training New Hires & Crew Leaders
Smart phone
Need for position (company requires/production Management for Account Manager)
Irrigation go through
Water Management
Plant ID & Sensitivity 100%
Enhancement - Supervise new planting, plant infill & irrigation
Troubleshoot pests
Team Meetings and Safety Meetings
CLT, Industry Certifications
Additional paperwork - work orders/purchase orders
Evaluate production /hours budgeting
Performance Evaluations
