Industry: IT/Software Services Location: Kasturba Road, Bangalore, Karnataka Role: IT Solution Sales Date of Joining: TBD Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Solution Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our IT solutions to new and existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities Assist customers' technical requests and take care of any technical issues. Build compelling Technology design & architecture for Cloud deployments. Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors. Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience. Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction. Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers' requirements. Keep track of key account metrics Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth. Skills and Qualifications Good written, verbal communication with good analytical skills A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Key Performance Indicators Value added to self, team, and project(s) Maintainable, reusable & Quality Programming Negligible/Lessor bugs Estimation vs completion of work assignments Productive hours No of projects and tasks
