Global External Engineer

As a Global External Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our customer's technical and integration needs, from POC to production deployment. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our internal engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our cutting-edge products and solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to address their unique requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products by gathering customer feedback and driving enhancements.
