Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a G12+ High-Rise Specialist located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end construction process of high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing project timelines, and coordinating with various teams such as architects, engineers, and contractors. The role requires regular monitoring of project progress, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management and execution for high-rise developments
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and quality assurance practices
- Effective leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or other construction management tools
- Prior experience in managing large-scale or high-rise projects, including familiarity with modern construction methodologies
