Senior Engineer (Madhya Pradesh, IN)

Role Purpose

• The incumbent is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards of both the client and GRIL, by designing the right mix, quality testing of material and calibration of equipment while collaborating with the plants & equipment team and the operations team to ensure consistency in quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Operations –
  • Ensure implementation of apex quality procedures and vehicle inspection standards.
  • Create the design mix of materials on time while ensuring quality standards.
  • Ensure the mix composition is maintained throughout the production through regular checks and balances.
• Quality  compliance –
  • Adherence to established process for review of rejections with the aim to realize cost benefits.
  • Ensure adoption & adherence to the quality guidelines.
  • Calibration of plant equipment to adhere to set quality standards.
• MIS and Reporting –
  • Create the MPR and other reporting documentation for all the quality related issues and share the same with the relevant stakeholders.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Graduate in (B.E./ B.Tech) Civil Engineering, preferably Post Graduation in Management/ Construction/ Transportation/ Highway Engineering/ Structural Engineering or equivalent specialized stream of Civil engineering. 
• Min 2 yrs. of working in the area of Quality on projects with a scope of ranging around 1-5 km.
