Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Quality (Hospital) at Stemz Healthcare, located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing quality control measures, managing and implementing quality assurance systems, and leading initiatives in Total Quality Management (TQM) to ensure optimal healthcare delivery. Responsibilities include conducting audits, developing quality improvement strategies, monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring hospital operations meet the highest quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Total Quality Management (TQM) with a proven ability to implement and monitor quality frameworks
- Strong expertise in Quality Management and Quality Assurance practices, particularly in hospital or healthcare settings
- Experience conducting Audits and developing strategies for process improvements and compliance
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or related field is preferred
