As we expand our footprint among NRI investors, we are looking for a seasoned and driven NRI Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy in this high-impact segment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and grow the NRI client base. Build and lead a high-performing NRI sales team. Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC, PIS accounts, and trading/demat account setups. Identify key geographies and segments with NRI potential and craft tailored sales pitches. Maintain strong relationships with NRI clients and partners to drive retention and referrals. Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to enhance offerings for NRI investors. Ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI, and FEMA regulations governing NRI investments (PIS, NRO/NRE accounts). Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in NRI sales leadership roles within broking, fintech, or financial services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling client bases. Deep understanding of PIS regulations, NRO/NRE account handling, and NRI compliance frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. NISM certification preferred.
