Requirements
We're on the hunt for a visionary and hands-on Head of Creative, Content & Brand to lead our brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative direction. This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting compelling narratives, igniting brand conversations, and leading a dynamic, cross-functional creative team. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand presence, driving engagement, and positioning FYERS as a leader in the trading and investment space.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute an engaging content strategy that showcases FYERS' unique value, across social media and digital platforms.
Create standout campaigns that communicate product benefits in a way that resonates with customers.
Lead the development of an engaging YouTube storytelling playbook, leveraging creative formats to boost video performance.
Generate proactive brand-building ideas, rooted in customer insights, brand milestones, and market trends.
Collaborate with teams across growth, CRM/CLM, and analytics to ensure content supports user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Conduct regular creative reviews, ensuring all outputs align with goals and brand guidelines.
Powering Performance Marketing & CRM Creatives:
Drive performance marketing efforts through compelling, high-impact creatives designed to maximize CTRs (Click-Through Rates) and VTRs (Video View Rates).
Create high-performance ads, landing pages, and email creatives that convert, ensuring the brand is always represented at its best while optimizing for performance.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to continuously optimize creatives based on A/B testing results, conversion data, and customer behavior insights.
Collaborate with CRM teams to craft personalized email and push notification creatives that nurture leads, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
Leverage creative analytics to measure and improve performance metrics, ensuring that all content and ads meet KPIs for efficiency and ROI.
Leadership & Team Management:
Build, mentor, and inspire a team of content creators, designers, writers, and video producers.
Foster a collaborative environment that promotes creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
Provide direction, constructive feedback, and performance evaluations to keep the team thriving.
Establish efficient creative processes that enhance productivity and deliver impact.
Lead team performance management and career development, nurturing future leaders.
Brand Strategy & Leadership:
Design and implement a brand communication strategy from the ground up, aligned with FYERS' business goals.
Craft bold, memorable campaigns that position FYERS as a challenger brand in India's trading and investment space.
Drive brand positioning with proactive, high-impact campaigns that resonate with our audience, internally or with agency partners.
Core Competencies & Skills:
Hands-on experience in 360-degree campaign management and content-driven marketing.
Exceptional creative ideation and storytelling skills—no idea is too big, no format too unconventional.
Proven ability to lead and motivate large, multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate seamlessly across teams and leadership levels.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret content and campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
Key Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in creative direction, content strategy, or financial content development, with at least 5+ years of team leadership experience.
Experience in both agency and brand-side environments.
Proven track record of managing creative teams and delivering high-impact campaigns.
Excellent communication and leadership skills that inspire action and results.
