Requirements
As a Product Writer, you will be responsible for:
- Writing and maintaining content for the Support Portal (FAQs, help articles, and guides).
- Drafting internal and external communication, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Keeping all content up to date with product enhancements and industry trends.
- Leveraging feedback and analytics to improve content and engagement.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys breaking down complex trading concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content.
Who Can Apply?
- Minimum 1 year at FYERS with a solid understanding of our products and trading platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—ability to simplify financial concepts.
- Interest in content development (prior writing experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and align messaging with brand voice.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to contextualize customer queries effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification) may be a plus.
