Role Description As a Fx OTC CFD Stocks Indices Brokerage Business Associate Cofounder, you will help build and grow a brokerage and trading business in collaboration with Star Net Ltd’s fintech infrastructure. In this full-time remote role, you will focus on developing client networks, onboarding partners and traders, and promoting brokerage services across Forex, OTC, CFDs, stocks, and indices. You will coordinate with Star Net Ltd’s technical and operations teams to implement trading platforms, CRM systems, payment solutions, and risk management tools, ensuring smooth setup and ongoing performance. Daily tasks include identifying new market opportunities, nurturing relationships with affiliates and IB/MIB partners, overseeing basic compliance and business processes, and contributing to marketing and growth strategies. You will act as a cofounder-level partner, sharing responsibility for strategic decisions, revenue growth, and long-term expansion of the brokerage business.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets, especially Forex, CFDs, stocks, indices, and crypto, with interest in brokerage or trading business development.
- Experience in sales, client acquisition, or network building (e.g., affiliates, IB/MIB networks, business partnerships) and ability to maintain long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (such as MT4/MT5 or similar), CRM systems, and basic concepts of risk management and liquidity provision.
- Skills in digital marketing, social media outreach, and community engagement to promote brokerage services and attract traders and partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with performance-based income structures, and willingness to take ownership as a cofounder-level partner.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with international teams.
- Prior experience in fintech, online brokerage, trading academies, or financial services is highly beneficial; business, finance, or related education is an advantage but not mandatory.
