Role Description The Fx | OTC | CFD | Stock Brokerage Cofounder role is a full-time, remote position focused on building and scaling a brokerage and trading ecosystem in partnership with Star Net Ltd. The Cofounder will define the business strategy, select appropriate product offerings (FX, OTC, CFD, stocks, crypto), and collaborate with Star Net’s technical and operations teams to launch and optimize brokerage services. Daily tasks include overseeing client acquisition, managing partner and affiliate networks, coordinating marketing initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in target jurisdictions. The role involves close collaboration with technology, risk management, and customer support teams to refine trading conditions, pricing, and client experience. The Cofounder is expected to drive revenue growth, cultivate institutional and retail relationships, and continuously identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets and products, including Forex, CFDs, OTC instruments, and stock brokerage offerings.
- Experience in brokerage operations, trading academies, or fintech ventures, with familiarity in liquidity management, risk frameworks, and client onboarding processes.
- Business development and sales skills, including partner network building, affiliate/IB/MIB management, and relationship-based revenue growth.
