Role Description The Fx | CFD | Crypto | Stock Brokerage Business Associate Cofounder is a contract, remote role focused on building and growing a brokerage or trading academy in partnership with Traders Quote Software. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, acquiring and managing clients and partners (IBs/MIBs), and expanding the trading network. The role involves coordinating with the company’s technical and operations teams for platform setup, risk management, payment solutions, and ongoing system support. The Business Associate Cofounder will oversee marketing and sales initiatives, organize educational or community activities such as webinars, and contribute to team building and HR planning where relevant. This position requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, as the associate cofounder shares responsibility for business performance, revenue growth, and long-term partnership development.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including client acquisition, partnership management, and network building in financial markets.
- Knowledge of Forex, CFD, crypto, and stock trading concepts, brokerage operations, and basic risk management practices (A-Book/B-Book).
- Experience with fintech products or trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5, web and mobile terminals, CRM systems, payment gateways).
- Marketing and community-building skills, including digital outreach, social media, webinar hosting, and brand positioning.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic planning skills, with the ability to evaluate business models, manage budgets, and focus on revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with contract/partnership-based compensation structures and a willingness to invest time and, where applicable, capital in business growth.
- Prior experience in brokerage, trading education, fintech startups, or financial services is highly beneficial; a background in business, finance, or related fields is preferred.
