Role Description As a Fx CFD Brokerage Co Founder at Star Net Ltd, you will provide strategic leadership to build and scale a Forex and CFD brokerage in partnership with the company’s existing fintech ecosystem. This is a full-time remote role focused on business development, revenue growth, and establishing a sustainable client base through network building, partnerships, and targeted marketing initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you will define the brokerage’s value proposition, oversee sales and client onboarding processes, collaborate with Star Net Ltd’s technical and operations teams to ensure platform readiness, and maintain compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines in your operating jurisdictions. You will monitor performance metrics, analyze trading volumes and revenue streams, and refine business models to optimize profitability and client retention. The role also involves representing the brokerage in external communications, nurturing relationships with affiliates, IBs/MIBs, and institutional partners, and coordinating internal resources for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret trading data, evaluate business models, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across diverse regions and cultures.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to drive client acquisition, manage affiliate and IB relationships, and close partnership opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Research skills to develop growth strategies, understand market trends, and position the brokerage competitively.
- Prior experience in Forex, CFD, or broader financial markets, preferably in a brokerage, fintech, or trading-related environment.
- Proven track record in entrepreneurship, business development, or co-founding ventures, with the ability to operate in a performance-driven environment.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and working with distributed technical and operations teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory considerations, risk management concepts (A-Book/B-Book), and client fund safety best practices is strongly beneficial.
