Data Management Specialist - Lamination Assembly Dept

Job Functions

1. Responsible for the weekly manpower report of tempering 
2. Responsible for the daily equipment downtime data collection of tempering  
3. Responsible for part of the reimbursement for tempering
4. Responsible for the translate of the doc that managers required 
5. Responsible for the data about tracking the daily scraps and reworks glass of tempering
6. Support with the new hire allocation, including the requirements weekly and also meet with orientation people weekly
7. Support with the audit process of the tempering department.
8. Enhances Manager's and corporation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
9. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Language: Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
2. Experience: 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
3. Education: Bachelor Degree or Higher (STEM)
4. Bilingual: English-Chinese
5. Professional  Knowledge, Skills: Travel Logistics, Scheduling, Informing Others;  Presentation Skills, Self-Confidence;  Meeting Management, Client Relationships; Written Communication;  Promoting Process Improvement; Decision Making; Administrative Writing Skills
6. Training Required: 1. Master lamination technology, equipment and quality requirement; 2. Familiar with production cost management and control plan; 3. Familiar with TS16949 Quality Management System; 4. Been through systematic 5S/TPM/IE training;
