| 1 | Support the preparation of visa and immigration applications by gathering required information and communicating with applicants.ons; |
| 2 | Assist in-house counsel with immigration matters, as well as related projects. |
| 3 | Help with document management, translation, and general administrative tasks. |
| 4 | Act as a floating position between the Legal and HR departments, accepting assignments from both teams as needed. |
| 5 | Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Immigration Counsel, General Counsel, or HR team. |

| IⅤ. Qualification |
| Job Requirements | Language | Strong oral and written communications skills in English and Mandarin Chinese |
| Experience | Experience and /or training and education in law or legal administrative support |
| Education | Currently pursuing a college degree |
| Physical Condition | This is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day. Safety requirements including safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots will be required when entering the production floor. |
| Other Requirements | MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity of MS Office and other document editing software |
