About the role

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Executives with a background in both Voice and Non-Voice processes to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via calls and chats, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and chat. Resolve customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. Meet daily login targets and adhere to schedule commitments. Uphold high-quality service standards and follow provided scripts and guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support (Voice & Non-Voice). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Typing speed of 30+ WPM is mandatory. Must have a working laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection with good speed. Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Additional Information: Login Time: Minimum 8 hours of active login is mandatory daily. Non-compliance with login hours will result in payout deductions. Punctuality, discipline, and attendance will be closely monitored.
